Unlimited contacts

Upload and store an unlimited number of contacts within Zipwhip 2.0. You can import .csv files up to 2MB at a time. Once your contacts are in the app, you can edit their information to quickly access important details and notes.

Templates

Save time by pre-drafting messages that you send often and storing them as templates. Quickly add templates directly from the compose box, and customize to your recipient if needed.

Improved Search Function

Find saved contacts and groups quickly with our updated search function which catalogs your entire conversation history. Easily populate saved contacts and groups into new messages.

Group Texting

More accurately track conversations with our revised group messaging format. Outbound group messages now appear in individual conversation threads, and are easily identified.

Scheduled Messages

Easily track and edit your scheduled messages from one centralized location or within a conversation thread.

Mark as Unread

Mark inbound messages as unread to save for later or so that teammates don’t miss them.

Conversation Filter

Find conversations faster by changing the filter and sorting by all messages, texts you’ve replied to or ones you haven’t read yet.

Contact Details

Add important details to your contact cards, including company, job title, address, email as well as your own custom fields.

Emoji Keyboard

Express yourself through more than just words and communicate the way your customers do. Add an emoji to a new message, template, auto reply or keyword response.
