If you want to do Texting for Business the right way, you’ll want to have your customers opt in. Here are three great ways to build your opt-in text list.

One. Use texting keywords– something simple that customers can text you– like the word: JOIN. When someone texts the keyword, they’ll receive an auto-reply message that confirms their opt-in.

Two. Add a website pop-up. Make it easy for your website visitors to subscribe to your texting list with a simple pop-up. Include a field where they can submit their phone number to opt-in.

Three. Embed a form on your website where visitors can opt-in to your text messages by providing their phone number. Maybe on your Contact Us page.
