The Zipwhip + SalesLoft integration allows users to text with prospects from an existing business phone number directly from their sales engagement software. Users can also add texting to their sales cadences by incorporating texting as a new step option in SalesLoft cadences. The integration allows users to send outbound texts via cadences to follow up on warm leads, send reminders, and offer more personalized onboarding experiences.

how it works

Using your existing business phone number, SMS and MMS text messages sent through or to Zipwhip sync to SalesLoft contacts based on their mobile number. Inbound and outbound messages are grouped into conversations that show up in the contact’s activity feed.
