What sets our business-texting technology apart
Founded originally as a consumer product in 2007, Zipwhip pioneered business-texting technology in 2014 when we became the first company to text enable an existing landline phone number. Business texting gives companies the ability to send and receive texts with clients or customers directly from any device with an existing 10-digit business landline, VoIP or toll-free number. Using Zipwhip’s API, enterprises can leverage a deeper integration of Zipwhip software into their existing workflows, applications and archiving systems. Zipwhip is the only business-texting SaaS provider with direct-network connections. Owning our own infrastructure is a unique advantage in this industry and provides our customers the highest degree of service, quality and security.
Although texting is 25 years old, it’s a booming technology that just improves with age. Zipwhip remains focused on innovation – continuously enhancing the platform, growing the talented team and improving the network infrastructure to address requirements of customers well into the future.
