Santa Claus is coming to town, and this year he’s asking parents and kids to text their Christmas wish lists directly to his workshop. To put it simply, sorting through handwritten letters has become an unsustainable task for the elves at the North Pole, and people love to text. So, Santa has text-enabled his toll-free phone number to connect directly with boys and girls and their parents all over North America. Instead of sending snail mail, children and their parents can save on postage and quickly share their wish lists with one of the most iconic figures in the world.
Embrace the spirit of Christmas
In just the last two months there have been more than 60,000 messages sent and received on Santa’s text-enabled number. This text line is a good place for parents to find out exactly what it is that their kids want this Christmas, and for kids to believe in something – in this case, it’s the magic of the holiday season – even if they can’t see it with their own eyes.
How it works
Santa’s elves help manage the Wish List Text Line with Zipwhip’s business-texting software, which can receive up to 1,000 texts per second, including picture messages. Simply send a text to 844-YO-SANTA (844-967-2682) to share your wish list with Santa, and relish in the spirit of the holiday season.
Please note that Santa and his elves are committed to responding to every initial text message received, but once Santa starts packing his sleigh, he cannot guarantee that he will be able respond personally to additional messages thereafter. Don’t fret, your messages will be seen and they will remain in safe hands.
There are only a couple of weeks left until the big day, so be sure to finalize your Christmas wish list soon. Text Santa Claus directly on his toll-free phone number: 844-YO-SANTA (844-967-2682). You can also help spread the joy and let others know how to text Santa by posting on social media and using the hashtag #YoSanta.
