After a text template has been created and saved with a name that clearly describes its purpose, employees can click on the template, update key fields as needed, and send it without the original template being altered.  

Important items to include  

Depending on the reason for sending a text, the message details will vary. But for clarity, most texts should include the name of the person sending it, the name of their business, and a CTA (call to action) if one is needed. Does the receiver need to do anything when they get your text? If so, make it clear in your message.
